Hi.
The door will not normally open if there is water left in the m.c. check pump, and make sure the belt is o/k, as some hoovers do not let you open the door if the belt has come off. Please leave feedback.

Hi there,
Either clip on the door is faulty or its the door interlock in which the door locks into easily replaced by undoing the clip pullling back the door rubber and replacing ..

yes most certainly, with leaks it is either the seals or cracks in hoses or rust holes in wash cylinder, but most likely the first too because of being a fairly new model

Thanks for using FixYa. The start and pre-wash usually flash due to a clogged drain hose or the water pump. You’ll need to drain the water out of the base and also check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom and towards the back of the washing machine). If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's the case replace the water pump. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.

On the front bottom of the machine there is a plastic 'kick plate' that clips/pushes on. Remove this plate and you will see the filter with a cover secured by a star/phillips screw. Loosen screw and twist this cover off to gain acess. Don't do what i've just done and twist without removing this screw as it breaks it:-(

anyone who knows where i can get a filter cover please post back!
