Question about Washing Machines
Hoover AC120=001 gets stuck between program 9-10 sometimes not reaching temperature and sometimes going on to boil, have changed thermostat but still sticking
You have a fault inside your timer, These can be repaired but due to the age of the machine it may or may not be worth while repairing, The machine is sticking due to a contact issue somewhere inside the timer.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Have a look at the manufacturer's panel, probably on the back- it might give you an indication there- or your manual?
Just in case-
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
Another possibility would be to go onto the manufacturer's web site DIRECT to see, OR your (intended) vendor's site?
If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!
