Lg xenon gr500 using a family mobile sim card wont receive or send mms

Hi call the service provider and they will send you
mms setting.
Proxy can be changed in APN settings.

you must call t- mobile ask to add imei to their system registry. this is for internet or messaging etc.

go and change to save all texts to phone then delet all texts again

You can, but you may have issues texting, using mms, and internet. T-Mo would have to change the settings on the phone to work with their network for that; they may not do that since it's an ATT phone. Phone calls would work fine though without any changes.

Make sure you have some sort of data plan since picture messages are sent as text messages with attachments. These attachments must be sent over the data network. So make sure you have a data plan even if it is pay per use. If you do, contact AT&T technical support and have them check your Snooper provisioning especially your APN.

Bring your phone into an AT&T store for evaluation. The service delay could be Sim Card based, or could be phone based. As for the Shut down problem, This could be a number of things. I would need to physically view and handle the phone to properly diagnose. Any AT&T employee worth their salt should be able to get this fixed, or at least offer alternatives.
