A fan like noise can also be a color wheel which depending on brand and model number (can you confirm brand and model number?) may or may not be sold as a part.

Kitchen aid is made by Whirlpool. There is a very good chance the then thermal fuse on the back of the oven has tripped. Whirlpools are very prone to this fuse tripping after a clean cycle. The noisy fan is just that a noisy fan it will probably need replacing. I have replace a couple of them over the years. When you pull the oven out to replace the thermal fuse replace the fan motor at the same tiome.
Most desktops have fans fitted, especially in the power supply. The bearings and not that good and become noisy when older. They are replaceable but a replacement power supply is far less effort. Show the fans a plastic pipe from a vacyym cleaner from time to time, that will make the fans more efficient and reduce the wear and noise. The hard drive can get noisy also, (if it is I would before it is too late), recommend replacing it. Hope that helps.
Hello; A buildup of dust can make the fan noisy. If you clean away the dust, and it is still noisy, the fan needs to be replaced. Hope this helps! John
Check your air filter, make sure all registers are open full and there is no restriction in all ducts. Could be an unbalanced fan, clean the squirll cage fan with a brush and vacuum.
the fan is old and, is off balance (noisy) it can't keep your tv cool so the tv shuts off
open the tv and, remove the fan. replace it with one off e-bay
Often you can blow the dust out of the fans and it will help. In your case the bearings have most likely dried up on a fan. First blow the dust out of all the fans. To find the offending fan you will have to block the blades with something. Once the fan is found you can either replace it with a fan of the same size or re-oil the bearings. To re-oil, carefully peal away the label on the fan. There might be a plastic plug over the bearing, carefully remove it. Drop a few drops of 4-in-1 oil or sewing machine oil into the bearing. Stick the label back on and put the fan back into the system. It should be much quieter now.
