I have a lowrance LMS-334c iGPS and have been unable to access the main menu screen. when I hit the menu key twice it does not display the main menu. more recently I have been unable to access the pages screen. Can the unit be reset?
I think I can help with your issue. I have an LMS 334c and have had a few issues in the past. Called the factory (this answer is not listed any where in your manual) and they instructed me to "Soft Re Boot" my unit and it would put everything back to factory settings. Try this anytime it does not respond for whatever reason.
Turn the unit off.
At the same time press the Pages and Power button. Hold both down until you see the square box come up in the screen. You should have your factory settings again. May need to try a few times.
Lowrance said it works just like a computer, ever now and then it just tries to disect to much information at one time and hangs up.
Good luck. James Cantwell
You might need to do a soft reset. Turn the unit off. Hold the pages button down and power on. Hold the pages button down until the US map comes up. This will not delete any stored waypoints.

Mine does the same thing. It is an LMS 339C DF igps. It has let me down twice in one year.
I have the same problem. I also have the LMS-334c ipgs, I cannot access the pages screens. When I push the pages button, I get a context menu with only Status option in it. I appear to be stuck in a trip planning/destinations screen. I really want to get back to the split screen with gps map and depth/fish finder together.
I have an LMS 339C IGPS that will not let access the Sub Menu... Push menu button twice and second menu will come up..
