Model - SC-330ST Could you help me please? My machine has worked perfectly for a year now but unfortunately for whatever reason, yesterday, when pushing the enter button to take the readings which would then normally flash "step on".. Instead 5 half zero's flash & beep with the arrow pointing to weight lock mode! Have I accidentally locked it? There is weight lock on/off button but its not doing anything when pressed. I've also noticed when the flashing & beeping is happening, if I tilt the weighing platform the flashing & beeping stops. Should I be somehow deactivating the weight lock? I've read the instruction manual but cannot find anything about this! Tanita have said there is either something weighing the platform down which there is not or i've dropped it & need it to send to them in the Netherlands to fix! I so hope you have the answer Many thanks Kindest Regards Lee What Tanita have replied.. Like explain in the manual on page 42, there must be an obstacle or something that pushes on the platform, or the platform got dropped. Either way, please send the complete scale to the address below for repair. Optional Information: Make: Tanita Model: SC-330ST Already Tried: Everything the Instruction manual presents Switched on & off Tried to push the weight lock on off button but nothing Have tilted the weighing platform when the machine is malfunctioning & it stops flashing & beeping & tries to take reading

Try the following steps:
1) press both the "set" and the triangle button
2) press the triangle button until you get the desired unit of measurement: a) Kilogram, b) stone lbs or c) lbs; and
3) press the "set" button.
SOURCE: My Scale stoped weighing me, now it reads 1-ld .
The sensor has been worn out or has been pushed past it's weight limit. When you get on it, it pushed the sensor past the point of working... When she gets on it, no problemo...

Too much body water composition. Are you extremely overweight?
Testimonial: "We got a copy of the manual which had all the Err readings, and it mentioned water composition. We assumed your answer was the issue - now it works."
