Goto control panel > select system > double click it select Advanced Tab >Now under Performance select Settings > a dialog box will appear > Select Advanced tab > now in Virtual Memory option select Change button >Now under Maximum managed size(MB) text box enter value larger than the current value .IF you have more hard disk space on your c drive give size near about 2000 or 3000....when you increase your virtual memory your game will load faster and work faster...

Unfortunately, it sounds like you will need a new graphics card to run that game. Pixel shaders are built into the graphic card hardware and there is no way to download or install them. According to the games system requirements you need a 100% compatible Directx 9.0C card. If you post the make and model of your computer(or motherboard) I could recommend a card for you.

Check the requirements printed at the back of each game. this will tell you if the game runs. If some game is slow try disabling the antivirus while you run the game, remember to restart antivirus afterward.
Do not use software accelerator, majority of them are useless, some of them carries malaware and viruses.
SOURCE: my laptop won't start up
It maybe stuck in a hibernation mode.
Make sure to hold down the power button for 6 to 10 secs.
That should force the laptop to shutdown completely and then should be able to boot back up by pressing the power button like normal. You may get a choice about deleting hibernation info, do that and you should be back up and running. If not, press F8 while booting (before you see the XP logo) and choose safe mode, if you can get into safe mode, good, just reboot and it should go back into normal mode. There maybe more to it, please let me know.
G'luck
