Your options seem to be kind of slim. There are many printing apps available, but from what I have read many of them do no perform properly.
Apple's official answer seems to be syncing your documents to your PC or laptop and then printing from the computer.
Try doing a quick search in the App Store and maybe you will have better luck and find one that will work with your printer.

How do you get a full page picture printed from I pad

Press the Home button and Power button at the same time to take a screen snapshot.

This will be save to your Photos.

when you print this, the picture may be truncated at the edges.

Open the photo, then tap the Shaing icon (box with upward-pointing arrow in it), and click "Save PDF to Books".
This saves the photo .jpeg file as a .pdf file. Tap the Books icon on your iPad's desktop to open it. Select the file your just saved to open it, then click the Print icon (a printer) to open the box in which you can select print settings: Printer, paper size, color or B&W, etc.

I have this tablet and I have this HP E print app, but I still can't get anything to print on my printer. It hasn't searched or found my printer. I have a hp photosmart d110 wireless.

I assume it's an Android tablet. Try downloading and installing printershare, at <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dynamixsoftware.printershare>. Good luck!
