Ricoh 1232c Error SC571

sc571 on this machine means fuser oil overflow.
check the oil out sensor connector.
use sp5 810 to reset this and most other codes.

This error code is related to a Insufficient oil.
The fusing oil tank is in the rear of the machine.
You have to call Ricoh to supply the oil.

The machine has no fuser oil.
Fill the little tank at the back side of the machine. If the tank is full, check the tubes, oil pump, and oil sensor.
Reboot the machine to clear the SC.
The problem will be solved

The error means - Fusing unit rotation error.
Check if the fusing unit(right door{hot unit}) ,if it is rotating properly.
There could also be a sensor on the frame or the machine which senses the fusing unit rotation,(the sensor sometimes comes off)(remove the fusing unit and check where the fusing unit is seated).
Also try cleaning the sensor with a blower or brush.

Check the fusing oil unit most likeley something wrong with that. if its new check to see that all the wrappings have been completely removed. ~~> Defective oil end sensor, Defective oil overflow sensor, Defective sensor cable, Oil supply unit not installed

This is a "Transfer belt mark detection error" This means the transfer-belt in the PCU is torn or separated where it has a mark that flags a sensor telling the machine where the belt position is, The fix is to replace the entire PCU. 4 Screws that have arrows pointing to them surround the unit facing you when you open the front door will release the unit allowing you to insert a new unit and the code should go away ,, good luck!

Press the yellow button. Press the 107 keys. Press and hold the red clear button for a few seconds until the service mode screen appears on the LCD display.

Enter SP 5-810 and set to 1, then switch off and on the machine.

571 A Fusing oil overflow

• When the machine covers are
