Initial problem was that I keep getting a pop-up box in Outlook asking me for my Network password. It doesn't matter if you click cancel or save/ok, the box continues to pop up.
I have re-entered and set up each of my 6 email addresses, I have also created a new Outlook profile, but less than a week later these pop-ups surface again (I get one for each email address about every 3-5 minutes). I had also temporarily removed my anti-virus software, but the pop-ups continued.
The program disks that came with my computer are missing information to reinstall Outlook. So if Outlook is corrupted I have no way to reinstall.
Microsoft Office 2007/Outlook/Windows/Vista (never had this problem, or others, with XP)
Currently, Outlook will not even send or receive.
You might look at this http://blogs.msdn.com/outlook/archive/2007/06/15/microsoft-office-outlook-connector-beta-released.aspx or look at this http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=819756&SiteID=17 it would be helpful to know what server you are trying to logon to AOL, Hotmail, etc... and I doubt it but are you on a network? if so specify

The problem apparently is my server, which is Comcast. For months they (Comcast) refused to acknowledge that they were any part of the problem and would offer no help. But as of today, 11/5/08 they have said that this ongoing, nationwide email problem is part of the new, upgraded Comcast service and the problems will continue for at least 2 more weeks. great.
I've seen the problem posted (on other sites) that many people are experiencing this so I'm going to wait and see if my ISP is in fact the problem.
No, I'm not on a network. Thank you for providing the links. I will check back if the issue isn't resolved.
It in November 16th. My problem began last night --- same type issue. Outlook continues to ask me for my "Network Password". Our ISP said it was in Outlook and should reload the program. I tried this and still have the same issue. Any suggestions?
