Convergence issues I was hoping to get the parts list to repair the ICS on the KP-46WT510 projection TV. Thanks in advance for your help.

If the convergence feature did not fix the issue then you will need to install a convergence repair kit. Your model uses the Sony type 1 convergence repair kit which is available from www.tvrepairworld.com and includes the parts and the CD with instructions.

Replace both of your STK ICs STK392-110s use 150s Mats has Them 1-800-628-1118

This sounds like convergence output IC problem. convergence board would have to be removed - remove and replace 2 STK IC's and check the surrounding resistors. Shops usually charge between $200-$400 Be sure to vote/rate me if this helped Thanks!

These are 2 big ICs of black color mounted on silver heat sink.
Check out location of D board in TV in below exploded view...

you need to replace the convergence ICs, pico fusses and possibly a couple of the feed resistors. you can get the kit for your model at the following link which contains the parts and instructions.

you can get the repair manual at the following link under their sony category page two. They also have the Convergence ICs there are two of them both STK392-560 and you will also need about 4 of the 3.5 amp pico fuses, They also include free installation instructions with pictures for the ICs and free online tech support in case you need additional help during the repair. You need two STK392-560 ICs you can get them at the following link and they provide free installation instructions as well as free online messaging with a repair tech while youre donig the repair. It takes about 45 minutes to do the repair and you will save about 400.00 by doing it yourself. Heres the link I am one of thier repair/support techs. This is a very easy repair.
