Our Fisher & Paykel washing machine has started making an intermittent loud, low, buzzing noise. It often happens during the spin cycle, but can also happen when the washer is not spinning and the door is unlocked. It usually only lasts for a few seconds, but happens frequently. It might be happening when the washer fills, but I'm not sure
Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.

Is the water pump accessible for me to check? I had this prolem and today the whole unit stopped draining or spinning. The error lights i get on my GWL11 US are numbers 3, 6, and 8, all blinking and the continuous beeping.
Is something like this covered by most warranties? I am having this problem (occurs during drain and fill). My unit is only 3 months old. Could issue be that we use well water?? My unit is a frigidaire FTF2140FS1 front loader
