Get on tredmill it stops

Having the same problem, was wondering if you found an answer. I also noticed that my belt, track, whatever is out of alignment. I am wondering if it is some sort of safety thing if the track is off line.

Belt shifted to side

You need to tension the belt .
Turn the machine on and up to 4 kph or 3 mph.
Stand on the side rail with 1 foot and try and stop the belt with the other. If you can stop at all tighten the rear roller with the allen key provide with the machine. Turn it on both sides clockwise 180 deg whilst machine is still running. If still loose tighten another 90 deg.

How do I fix a problem with the belt slipping?

hi there
it could be 2 things of this problem
1 walking belt slips easy ti fix
1th step; put treadmill in speed of 4 mph and step on side and try with one leg to stop it (be carefull) if you see walking belt stops with align key give more tension from the back of treadmill rear rollers by turning both bolts clockwise same degree with small turns till stops

if it does not help it is probably drive belt

you need give more tension on motor by using 9/16 wrenches

Healthrider r60 stops when it reaches 4mph.

Unplug unit and remove the motor shroud you will have to do DC Amp Measurement.

Measure on the hot DC lead (usually red) going from the controller to the drive motor. If you have a simple multi-meter with a DC amp test setting the best way to test is to put the meter inline on the red motor lead with alligator clips. If you have a more expensive clamp meter, clamp the meter around the red motor wire. Run the machine at 2.5 MPH without a person on the belt. If the motor and drive system are healthy, you should have a reading in the 2-3 amp range. Then walk on the treadmill at the same speed. With a person of average size (around 200 lbs.) you should have a reading in the 6-8 amp range if the belt is good. The readings will fluctuate more with a load but you are looking for an average reading but you shouldn't see spikes above 10 amps. If the amp readings are high without a load, you could have a problem with high resistance in the motor, a bad bearing, or over-tightened belts. Regular readings without a load but high readings with a load indicate a worn belt and/or deck.

I have Lenovo R60. There is a problem while loading windows xp.

There might be a minor system glitch on your system. Perform a system restore in you system and restore your computer from the date where it is working fine then observe. If same issue will occur then you need to send it to our repair department for further checking.

FIRST UNLOOSEN BOLT ON FRONT OF PULLEY ABOUT FIVE TURNS , THEN MOVE TO BOLT ON TOP BEHIND PULLEY , AND START UNLOOSENING IT TILL PROPER TENSION IS RELEASED TO SLIDE BELT OVER ALL PULLEYS(USE BELT DIAGRAM UNDER HOOD FOR PROPER INSTALLATION. ONCE BELT IS ON REVERSE STEPS 1 AND 2. TIGHTEN TOP BOLT BEHIND TENSION PULLEY TILL BELT HAS ABOUT A QUARTER INCH PLAY IN IT UP AND DOWN (DON'T OVER TIGHTEN).THEN TIGHTEN FRONT PULLEY BOLT TILL VERY SNUG.YOUR DONE!
