you better setup the iPad as 'new' one with connecting the device to iTunes on a computer.
- then it will delete the old owners prefs. which disturb it now.
the apps have to be downloaded again with your own Apple ID account then they will stay there....
You can connect a bluetooth keyboard if the on-screen keyboard does not satisfy your needs. As for storage space, look around for a "wireless hard drive" with iOS support.
It is called ghosting and has been a major issue for the Mini thus far (even though it hasn't been reported in the MSM).
Play with your settings to find a way where it effects you less-- screen brightness, motion detection, reset the device and restore to original settings (but back your Mini up first!).
There is no way to edit the screen ratio on the new iPad or any iPad for that matter. They went with 4:3 because the majority of users use the device to browse the internet and read e-magazines or e-books on it. As you know the screen gets cut off when you go to fullscreen or it has those annoying black bars above and below. If you're looking to watch video do it on a computer or your TV. The new iPad isn't made for heavy video watching IMO.
When you exceed your allowed pages for apps, they will still install, but app cannot be created for lack of pages. You can get more room by grouping similar apps into 1 folder to make space. You can also use search function to fill any app installed.Scroll all pages to right until keyboard appears, then type name of app,it will appear in dropdown list. I answered this before. Please look at all answered problems before asking questions. Others have probably already given you the information. You can access the new iPad's specifications on the official Apple website. The specs on the new iPad (or iPad HD) can be found by clicking here.
In terms of weight, you are correct-- the new iPad is just over 1/10th of a pound heavier than the iPad 2. Usually devices get lighter as they get deeper into the development cycle, but this was a decision Apple probably made in order to fit their bigger battery into the device (which was needed because of the new Retina Display-- a beauty, but a battery hog).
How you felt the 1/10th of a pound difference I don't think I'll ever know. Either way, good call!
You are able to use any appstore app with the iPad. Make sure your iPad is listed as a connected device in the left side bar of iTunes. Check your sync settings to make sure they're set to sync with your iPad and if needed restore your iPad using the restore button and try to sync again.
To make an application fullscreeen tap the small "2x" button in the bottom corner of your iPad. This will upscale the app to fullscreen.
