Beko wm1510w bearing?

My Beko WM1510W is working fine except for one thing when the drum spins there is an almighty rattle from somewhere inside. I have taken the back and top off, there is no extra movement in the machine, other than this rattle. I believe it might be the bearing, can anyone help?

Hi there.....this rattle can usually be associated with failed or failing bearings.......simple test to follow....with machine switched off and door open...put your hand in and try lifting the inner wash drum...there should be NO MOVEMENT...movement indicates failing or failed drum bearings

My beko washer is only six months old its washed all day. On last load it has started to make a loud metalic noise while emptying and spin its like something is stuck but filter empty

Is it out of warranty?? It sounds like the washer drum bearing failed. Do you use approved super low suds detergent? You can not use regular detergent it will corrode the drum bearing.

Beko WM6355W wahing machine makes a clicking noise when the drum turns, the noise gets louder and a smell of burning rubber comes when it spins

sounds like your drive belt is damaged, it may have a small section stripping of the belt and hitting something in the machine as it turns.
take off the back and check the condition and replace as needed.

Washer will not spin, it makes noise as if bearings have gone, empties ok and washes ok

Hi if your beko washing machine is causing a problem and wont drain or has a spin problem then you have to check the carbon brushes first.

Also check all waste pipes are clear and inspect the pump I have included this video below.

At our website I am doing self diagnostic videos on these beko's as we speak so all tutorials will be in this link below

you might find this test video helpful but only do it if you have checked the motor

Are the brushes inside the motor or on the outside on my beko wm1510w washing machine. the drum has stop moving

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

The brushes are inside the motor and run on what is called the commutator located at one end of the motor shaft.
It could be that the motor requires replacement unless it is the control board not powering the motor.
Now, a word or two of advice from a retired Englishman in SW France. It might be suggested that just the brushes on the motor want changing; experience (of others) suggests that they may only last months rather than many years UNLESS the motor itself is refurbished. Refurbishment includes skimming the commutator on which the brushes run. Without skimming the brushes do not sit cleanly on the com, often causing excessive sparking and excessive wear on BOTH. Alternately a new motor! I changed the motor on our 19+ year-old Bosch at a cost of GBP250 ;-0(

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

DRUM NOT TURNING ON BEKO TUMBLE DRYER. JUST OUT OF WARRANTY.

Check your drum belt, sometimes this belt is broken or slipped off the motor pulley or idler arm pulley.
Also could be a faulty motor..
Another thing to try is to turn the drum by reaching inside of the drum and turning it by hand 1/4-1/2 turn with the dryer off. Then turn the dryer on again and see if it works.
Motors will sometimes get a dead zone in them and this help move it from the dead zone.
