How do I reset my ALBA tv to factory settings

PRESS MENU

THEN PUNCH 4725 ON REMOTE
WILL PUT YOU IN ENGINEERS MODE

WARNING YOU CAN MAKE YOUR TV UN USABLE

GO TO DIAGNOSTIC PAGE & SELECT RESET

TV SHOULD SHUT DOWN & RESTART

THEN YOU SHOULD GET FACTORY START UP FOR TUNNING

Remove batteries and disconnect power to reset. If that fails go to settings and restore factory defaults. Alba should have web site to help.

Make sure the source is on TV
Press "menu"
quickly type "4725"
select "diagnostic"
choose "factory reset"

If this doesnt get colour back then its broken

When you said this: They said: turn on the DVD player. Hit "set-up". Scroll down to the "lock" icon. Scroll over to "Rating". Scroll over to unlock. Enter 0000. Click on Ok. Enter 0000 again, click Ok again. Menu should read unlock. Voila!, is that dvd on the tv or a normal dvd player
