RCA 1990's 36" Picture tube TV was working fine. I went to turn it on and it would not. Acts like it is tryin--green light turns on and off 3 or 4 times then quits. Screen, however, remains black. Also there is not noise or static. I have tried unplugging. It has a detatchable power cord. I noticed that the power cord has 3 holes where prongs should fit and in the tv there are only two prongs. Could this be it---if so what do I call that part--to order it and install it? Thanks for any advice. The model # is F35750ST. This was a very popular model at the time and could be purchased almost everywhere.
