E61
Insufficient heating during washing Usually a heater failure but possibly the thermostat or NTC temperature sensor or wiring to either.

SOURCE: Frigidaire front load washer (LTF600ES1) Error E20

holla, Im not showing a E20 code on the tech sheet. There is a E21. Water not draining fast enough. Try holding the start/pause and cancel key together for 3 seconds. The door lock, wash, rinse and final spin leds should light. Any error codes should be displayed when holding those keys. If you see a different error code, post it. If not, I would suspect a clogged pump...Catriver.

E90 is not a listed error code however most 90 range codes relate to a faulty pcb, some times worn motor brushes and blocked filter and air traps can cause some innacurate error codes being displayed we would normally check these items prior to replacing the PCB Regards Advisor

SOURCE: ZANUSSI WASHING MACHINE

seems to be a problem with the filter. was with mine.. one thing i always forget to clean it regularly.
Be careful when open the little hatch thingie , there will be water coming out . so prepare with a bakingtray and kitchen towels. and open it SLOWLY!!! so the water doesnt totally soak the floor.
then clean clogged up filter. at least that solved the problem in my case, hope it works

Error E20 means the machine has failed to pump out. 1st check the filter at the bottom right hand side there may still be water inside if so pull the grey tab to the left of the filter there should be a thin hose extend it put it into a shallow dish and pull the cap off to let the water drain this may be a slow process. When the filters out look into the hole with a torch to see if any obstructions in the pump impeller this looks like a cross. If the filters and pump are clear it may be the pump has failed.

I have a zanussi jet stream iz16s washing machine in a rented house we own. Then tentants rang me this morning to say when they put on a wash it stops once the wash is on and error comes up on it

Hi Amanda:
We will try to help with this problem, keeping in mind that many modern washing machines display error codes if they detect a fault. These error codes are meant for engineers and often they indicate just an area to check or implicate several possible parts. If the error code is relating to something like an out of balanced load or problems taking in water or a problem emptying water then the error code will be explained in the users or instructional guide.

We can understand that your Zanussi machine stops shortly after starting? If this is right, thermostats, heater elements, drain pumps, water inlet valves, programers and fan motors are the kind of things that can cause this problem. Having this fault put right is normally the cheapest option.

If this previous afirmation that we send it to you isn't right, try to note this error code or code number to send you additional details to solve it or parts replacement (if its necessary).

I hope this information provided initially, allows you to begin to diagnose the problem, if so, feel free to contact us again. Also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this previous answer.

Machine stopped mid cycle and green light flashing under green start button

Many modern washing machines display error codes if they detect a fault, but not all washing machines display a readable error code, some indicate an error by flashing, or lighting some of the lights.

Hotpoint, Indesit, Zanussi error codes

Hotpoint, Indesit washing machines and Zanussi washing machines are some common appliances that display coded error codes. On their more expensive models, they display readable error codes but basic models (without digital displays) use flashing lights to convey the error fault code.

If your washing machine malfunctions and you can see some of the lights flashing, or one or more option lights have lit up, then make a note of which lights are flashing and which option lights are lit. NOTE: the error code list engineers have only shows the option lights by number and not by name. Therefore you need to report the lights as LED 1 and 3, or 2 and 4 etc. and NOT "delay timer" and "extra rinse". Count the lights from the left (or from the top if in a column) and report as "led 1 and 3" etc.

No Option lights?

With basic washing machines that have no option indicator lights, count the number of flashes. For example, the door locked indicator may flash 7 times, pause, and flash another 7 times in a constant cycle which would indicate error code 7.

This information is vital, and needs mentioning when reporting a fault.

Zanussi Electrolux ZWF 1430 W (E20 error)

Check water "forreign object trap". It's under the lid at the bottom of the machine. First drain water by pulling out the hose and pull out the plug. Then unscrew the trap. Have had this E20 error twice. First it was two coins there, next it was a big paperclip. Have worked fine ever since.11_20_2011_8_57_27_am.jpg
