Insignia TV code for RCA Universial Remote Control (RCR450)

What about trying a code search with the remote itself.. Turn on your tv, Push and hold the TV button till it blinks, then press and hold then SETUP button while pressing and releasing the PWR button continously till the tv powers off. Once it does that, press PWR again. TV should come on and the code will then stay locked in.. Good luck again

Push and hold the tv button. The light on the remote should come on. While holding that down, hold down the power button at the same time, and the light on the remote should blink three times and turn off, or something to that effect. Once that happens, let go of the tv and power button, and press the power button over and over, as you do so, the tv light will blink each time you hit the power button. ONCE THE TV TURNS OFF, DO NOT PRESS THE POWER BUTTON AGAIN YET. Press the stop button on the remote, in order to SAVE the code.

Once you do that, the code should be saved and the power button should work along with all the other tv function buttons. If it is a combo TV, repeat the same process but utilizing the other function button i.e. dvd player, vcr, in place of the tv button in the abive tutorial.
