The Motorola SLVR is a handset that focuses on media offerings, being one of the few non-Apple phones that features iTunes support. Although the Motorola SLVR has been available on GSM networks in the past, it is only sold through CDMA networks, such as Sprint PCS, US Cellular and Cricket Wireless. Unlike GSM phones, CDMA phones don't require unlock codes to take them to other networks. Instead, unlocking a CDMA phone involves removing the old software and installing software for its new network. The removal of the old software and installation of the new software is called flashing.

1. • 1 Browse your new mobile company's store finder for a store in your area that performs handset flashing services.
     
   • 2 Take your Motorola SLVR into the store you located in Step 1. Explain that you currently use another mobile company but would like to switch to their mobile company. Allow the representative to install the new software onto the Motorola SLVR and then activate the phone to their network.
     
   • 3 Pay the fees the new mobile company charges for activating and flashing services. Pricing can vary depending on the mobile company.
     
   • 4 Contact your old mobile company to cancel your service contract. Be prepared to pay any fees associated with early cancellation or past-due accounts.

it is the motorola service i am sure it will not fail easily
so take the mobile first press the keys
if it doesnot work properly take the sim and notice the failure

You will need contact your mobile provider about this

you will have to call your service provider to lock simcard
and motorola to lock the mobile some times if they still have your sim in there they can trace it and still lock it

Please i need help, You see i lost my CD and i really want to download its PC Suit so that i can use internet on my laptop thru Mobile ( Motorola Slvr L7). i already activated the internet package on my Mobile. Pls help me with Motorola Slvr L7 Pc Suit. Thanks in anticipation
