    i have nokia n 900 mobile phone.n900 have 2 camera one up one dwon.if i m open the dwon lens cover dwon side camera open otometic. but my problem, i m how to open my uper side that mens front camera.its need some driver or any softwer? pls give me sollotion.also give 1 skype app its comfortable for video calling.thanks fixia.

The nokia n900 can only for now use the front camera with skype call.maybe later it has an app for normal front camera.

I want to refreash my nokia n900
Try this its found under settings, "Clear Data" Option next to "Restore Original Settings". Does not remove apps but does remove all the data. Click settings and then there is the dropdown menu when you touch "Settings" at the top of the screen. Used to be just a "Restore Original Settins" which only did settings not data. use purge for installed apps. And dpkg -l ' grep ^rc (this command will show you a list of apps configuration files still left in the system from uninstalled app)

Please switch on the camera, if you have enough charge on the camera.. or else charge it.. Even after switching on the camera, if it is black, then screen might got have damaged.. Service it if you have warranty..

Can't find the secondary camera icon in the application manager/phone?
Hi there!
There is no specific icon for the secondary camera - the secondary camera is really just for Skype video calling.
There is an app called "mirror" which uses the secondary camera and displays the real-time image on the phone (image clarity is not very good though due to the low resolution camera). You can download it from http://maemo.org/downloads/product/Maemo5/mirror/.

The nokia n900 keeps rebooting continuously..cant access any menus..no apps are loaded before the reboot happens again..

Try this:

Remove any memory card and sim card.

Check that the back cover is fitted correctly and that the camera shutter is closed.

Try to boot with N900 not connected to charger and see how far it gets.
