Sounds like battery is no good There should be symbols on charger. Normally solid light charged. Blinking. Charging. Lights back and Foward battery. No Good won't accept charge
Here's the instructions for charging. Plug the Motorola charger into the end of the headset. The indicator light turns red when the battery is charging. It may take up to 1 minute for the indicator light to turn on. When the headset's battery is fully charged (about 2hours), the indicator light turns green.
From your information, it may very well be that the battery should be replaced if the red light doesn't go off as it should.
According to the instructions provided by the operator manual...
"Connect the charger to the charging port. - When the charger is connected, with the power on or off, the Headset will turn off automatically, and cannot be used. While charging, the LED indicator will show a solid blue light. - The buttons will not function while the device is charging. - It takes 2 hours to fully charge the Headset. - When charging is complete, the LED indicator will turn off.
I CHARGED MY BRAND NEW MOTO H500 HEADSET FOR 3 HRS CAME BACK AND BLUE LIGHT WAS OFF. THAT MEANS FULLY CHARGED. WHEN DISCONNECTED FROM CHARGER. I TRIED TO TURN IT ON AND NO LIGHT OCCURED. FLASHING.. STEADY... PULSING... OR ANYTHING
simply check and if possible change the charger. if the same problem persist try charging with a USB cord(which you have to connect to a PC) please let me know of the outcome.
