My antivirus and pc tune-up software

REINSTALLED IT

There are a number of reasons but mainly 2 kinds causing a PC running slow. Outdated hardware or poor system maintenance. If possible, try upgrade hardware configuration such as add more RAM etc. Otherwise try this program Speed up PC to diagnose & fix the slow pc for issues. Best regards!

I would suggest avg free edition for your anti-virus which can be found here:

The computer may have been infected before installation of the anti-virus software. You should try booting into Safe Mode and running the scanner from there. In order to get to safe mode, properly shut down your computer. Turn the power back on and tap the F8 key. This will get you to a boot selection screen. Select Safe Mode with Networking and the computer will boot into safe mode with the ability to get online. Then run the virus scanner.
I highly suggest downloading TDSSKiller from Kaspersky, as well. This is a rootkit detection and removal program. You can get that program here, and that will detect any malicious software on the computer that may not be picked up by any antivirus.

Every anti-virus software has function called "full scan" or "deep scan" you need to perform this scan to remove all of the viruses. After it's finished program should give you report on how many viruses it's fund and what are your option on what do to with infected files. To have peace of mind run scan again after first one has finished. That way you can be sure that PC is free of viruses.

First
Uninstall System Mechanic Professional
Open the Control Panel by clicking:
Start>Control Panel
or
Start>Settings>Control Panel
Open Add or Remove Programs.
Locate and select the entry entitled iolo technologies System Mechanic Professional
Click the entry’s corresponding Change/Remove button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall, restarting the computer as prompted.
Remove the System Mechanic Professional registry entries
WARNING: Using the Windows Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems and may result in an inoperable operating system. Use Registry Editor at your own risk and discretion.
Click the Windows Start button.
Select Run.
Type regedit in the Open field.
Click OK.
On the left-hand side, expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER by clicking the + symbol next to the entry.
Expand Software.
Expand the iolo folder.
Navigate to the System Mechanic Professional folder.
Right-click on the System Mechanic Professional folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
On the left-hand side, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE by clicking the + symbol next to the entry.
Expand Software.
Expand the iolo folder.
Navigate to the System Mechanic Professional folder.
Right-click on the System Mechanic Professional folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Close the Registry Editor.
Click Start>My Computer and then navigate to your Local Disk (usually the C: drive) then Program Files\iolo\System Mechanic Professional.
Right-click on the System Mechanic Professional folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Remove residual antivirus files
Close all open windows and restart the computer

Follow the same process to uninstall the System Shield also.

Reboot the PC after everything is over.

Then install System Shield First, reboot the PC after the installation and check if the update it working or not. Once its confirmed that System Shield's update is working, install the System Shield.

make whole system scan with anti virus..
then
remove unwanted software . large appications may also a cause to slow u r pc.

it seems no problem in sony viao. your computer may be infected by spyware virus. if u have antivirus/internet security software installed then connect internet run live update. after that run full system virus scan.
