I was trying to send 90 recipients (our long time customers) an email. We send out these same emails every month with no problem. In fact, we usually send out about 1,000 (90 per hour). No one else has the password or uses this email box except me. I didn't have any trouble logging in.
I don't know if this has something to do with New Years Eve but all of a sudden after 2 years now I'm getting this error message below.

Well i was also getting the same problem but my friend suggested to delete the COOKIES after that i was able to send the messages to multiple users better u people try this .

If you are sent bulk mail then you are not used public email server. Because public email sent normal 10-50 max email one day. If you are bulk mail sent then you are purchase extra space or server. If you are want yahoo through sent email then contact yahoo and ask i want to sent bulk mail so yahoo available space or service and also yahoo charge taken.
Some internet companies will lock your account if you have sent out an unusually high volume of emails. This is to prevent spamming. If you haven't been sending an unusually high number of emails someone may have hacked your account. You will need to contact Yahoo to get this issue resolved.
Make sure that you are not on the blocked list of the reciepent. If this is not he case ask him to check the spam/bulk folder. This is becausemails with certain keywords are automatically redirected there. Ask the reciepent to open it and mark your mail as "Not spam". That should prevent this from happening in future.
the error message means that the person or persons you are sending the mail to have problems with their mails so try sending it batch by batch or use a mass email sender software
Most probably, someone is using your account to send spam mail. First and foremost, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY. Use a strong password - with letters, numbers, symbols and long enough to make it difficult to guess. Also, notify Yahoo of the problem. Still, it may take a while before Yahoo "white-lists" you again. All the best.
