SOURCE: Clunking noise and vibration during final spin cycle
For all those who say they recently bought the machine, the cause of the machine "walking across the floor" and vibrating violently is the packaging bolts on the back of the machine that were supposed to be removed when the machine was installed (why it says remove packaging bolts in the installation manual). These packaging bolts hold the suspension steady and firm during shipping but MUST be removed before operating the machine. When these packaging bolts (I think there are four total, some up to 6 inches long penetrate the rear of the machine) are removed, they allow the suspesion to absorb the vibration.

Hi, not sure if you have solve this or not, but you need to remove the 4 shipping bolts with spacers from the back of the washer. Thanks
Testimonial: "This was the problem. The guys who installed it did not take out the bolts. I guess that what I get for assuming they did their job correctly."

Usually this is due to either the drum support breaking or the back bearing being bad-neither easy to fix- or worth it. Try lifting the drum up and down, if it moves up and down they are bad. I see this a lot, and the price of repair isn't worth it. Craig

You will need to gain the assistance from the manufacturer at this point. Sounds like the drum itself is off the pulley and bearing system and the shocks are not holding the drum correctly. This is not a typical DIY job, so I would strongly suggest to call Frigidaire at 1-888-203-1389 M-Sat 8a-8p EST to be safe.
