Cant find code to work our durabrand tv

You can program a Comcast remote to work with the TV. Press the "TV" button on the Comcast remote. Then, hold down the "Setup" button until the red light blinks 3 times. Enter a 5 digit code:
These are the Durabrand codes: 10171 10463 10180 10178 11034
The 10171 code worked for my Durabrand DWT1905. Then use the TV/VCR button located beneath the "7" to switch inputs.

Unfortunately, there are no codes available for that particular brand of TV. Don't bother with a universal remote because you'll have the same problem. The manufacturer of that TV didn't communicate with any universal or cable remote manufacturer which is why it can only be controlled by the original remote or a replacement from the manufacturer of the TV.

Durabrand codes are very difficult to find, only few codes are public, as this manufacturer is not listed on universal remotes user manuals.
You can find few codes on discussion groups, often they do not work. The requests usually stay unanswered:

When trying to program a universal remote for the BH2004D, try the codes that came with the universal remote for HAIER.

Try codes for Durabrand, Orion, and Sansui.

I seem to be the only person on the net with the 3 digit Durabrand universal remote code which works for 13' and up Durabrand TV's and TV/DVD TV/VCR combos. The culprit is 3 digit code 189 for a Funai and Emerson. I only know this because I have like 4 of these TV's haha.

Check out the Remotes in Radio shack. 2 models support durabrand. I purchased the "3 in 1 easy to use" universal remote for $5.99 and used the codes for the Durabrand and it worked perfectly.

You will need a univeral remote, and the code for that TV. Most of the One For All products work, made my UEI inc, very easy to find. The remotes that come with most cable TV providors also work. Once the remote is programmed, use the video key to switch modes. I have had both Mediacom and Comcrp cable while I've had my TV, and out of the 5 (yes, 5!) different remotes, all of them have worked flawlessly with my TV and operated all fucttions.
