Lately it has been messing up and some times the picture will go red and blue but then later it will go back to normal. I looked it up and it said something about buying a new card for it will fix it. Does anyone know what they mean by "card" and how expensive it might be? Thanks for the help.
Don't waste your money. Its not a good TV to fix. Vizio uses the cheapest parts in the industry. Its probably not your mainboard but the panel itself. Not cost effective. If you can help it try not to buy Vizio. I wont even take them in to fix at my shop they are so bad to repair. you fix one thing and another breaks immediately. I'm sorry to give this as advice but I would hate for you to waste money.
SOURCE: Vizio closed captions are with red background!
It is a TV problem and could be the sustain boards or the mainboard.
Most likely it is the Y sustain board but it is recomended to replace Y and Z sustain boards if one is damaged.

Thanks, but do you know how much that would run me for both the Y and Z sustain boards?
