Hi my sony bravia 40" turns to standby after 10 mins,the red light flashes 4 times then stops for 2 this continues until i turn it off from the socket on the wall,then when i turn it back on it just happens all over again,i noticed other people have been getting the same problem,i'd appreciate any help whatsoever thanks take care Andrew
I would guess your power supply board is slowly disintegrating. It is hard to tell what it is, until it finishes frying itself out. Plan on replacing the power board soon, 1-3 months maybe.
