Hi.
As you probably expect, replacement parts for the watch cannot be directly purchased directly from the Internet, choosing from an online part list.
You will need to submit a service case to Invicta. Here the page.
The only other option is finding a local repair shop.
Regards.
Ginko.
SOURCE: Hi i just got an
I have had the same problem with one of my SANIIIs, As you have probably figured out, there are two small screws that are part of this assembly, lower one is the pivot point, upper is the latch. There are also very small rubber bushings (upper & lower) in the pivot of the crown protector, if they are worn it will present side to side movement or "slop" they need to be replaced in this case (I Just went through this on an older Valjoux 7750 SANIII - same problem, latch would not stay closed), you can order the part from Invicta or take from a donor watch in the mean time (Invicta will take several weeks to months to fulfill a part order) The upper screw goes through a small cylinder or cam, there is a little (very little - but it is there) to move that cylinder outward towards the upper pusher or top of the watch. After you loosen the top screw (loose not remove) you can adjust this play w/two precision screwdrivers, one to tighten the upper screw one to lever the cylinder toward the top of the case by leaning one screwdriver w/ just a slight pressure against the crown and the cylinder to widen the area between the pivot screw and the latch cylinder. Don't overtighten the screws to try to add friction to the assy - the threads & heads are fragile, you can damage the case or strip them - or worse snap the head off. Hope that helps.

Ther is a glue called "loctite", which is used in engineering to avoid the problem the you are having.
Put "loctite" into your search engine to find a local supplier. There are several varieties of glue and most suppliers will be able to advise you on which one is suitable for your screws.
