No voice during calls both incoming and outgoing

I am not able to hear any voice during phone calls. Even during the dialing there is no ringing sound heard. However, other sounds/voices are ok like phone ring tones, playing an audio clips etc. Also speaker phone is not turning on. Would appreciate any help.

Have the audio jack repaired it's not making contact on the connecting plates properly. You ould have a go at this if you are very good with fine electronics

Well if that's the case, the printer should be detached or powered of during call operations. The printer detects incoming calls that's why it triggers it to operate. Turning it off during operation will surely be the solution.

This is be fixed by resetting your mobile or You have to give your mobile phone for servicing.

I can make and receive calls, but I cannot hear anything.
Check Windows Sound mixer for application volume. Down in system tray at right side of taskbar double click sound icon for XP or click sound icon once and click Mixer for Vista. Look through volume settings for your phone application. Make sure it is not muted and volume is up.

Turn up the volumes on Ear piece -during- a call (on the side of the phone <===>) and on the speaker at any time. The joy stick does it I think.

Try turning the sound up.

On the side of the phone press <----> during a call to turn the ear piece up/down.

The main button (joystick) turns speaker up/down.
