Probably your soap, or there is a soap contamination issue......run the machine without adding any clothing to it and see if it suds up or not....I'm suspecting you'll get suds...a little to a lot......if I'm right, then turn it to hot, and add a half gallon of white vinegar to it and let it cycle thru....repeat that for one more cycle...then test the machine one more time for suds without adding any cloths or products to the wash......if the suds are gone or just reduced, then keep repeating til the water runs clear
and to clean the dirty whites, try washing in cold water first, then hot..and obviously the whites with just whites, no colors allowed.
once you clear up the extra suds, try CHARLIES SOAP....it workd great and helps keep the machine clean
