Use something similar to an ATM card and pry open the bottom face. There are no screws but the faces are glued pretty good so it will take some effort.
Once the face is off, its pretty simple. About 4 screws to free hdd from the shell and then disconnect from the data connector

I am not sure what you mean by "performing in page". But as far as an error goes that's probably a sign of failing drive. You should back up anything on there as quickly as possible. Although it's possible that what your seeing is corrupted data on the disk and not necesarily failure. Could be a problem ocurred when data was being written.
