I cant reset my password on yahoo. I keeps me saying that it cannot reset online. I cant get rich to the ask of security questions. what is the problem.
You have been hacked i suspect. Close the account and open a new one.
but the mail still works, i send mail on that mail and I dont receive "Failed Delivery" email from MAILER-DAEMON feedback. so the mail i sfunctional but I cannot access
Do you want someone else reading what you send other than the person you sent it to? No don't take the chance close the email account and create a new one.

to change it, you may have to ask a few questions on help desk to retrieve it.or you could cancel the account and set a new one up. you should be able to change your account pasword through customer service then create a new one using the old email address. use a good virus sweeper ie avast or spy hunter to run a check on your system DO NOT use the XP doctor that comes up when you use the internet that itself is a trogen. and i would not recomend any norton programms thy can upset your system big time.
