Either you haven't yet installed the drivers (usually a CD that comes with - or can be downloaded from Behringer Website),
AND/OR your bios settings dis-allow plug-and-play USB devices. Restart your PC and enter Setup to check..
AND/OR your microphone is bad, have you had success with it on another PC?
AND/OR your USB Port is bad - are you plugging directly into the PC's USB, or a seperate multi-port Hub? I once had a multi-port USB Hub that burned up anything I plugged into it.. Took me about 3 devices to die before I simply changed the hub. Pwoblem solved..

Ciick on "start", then click on "control panel". Find "device manager", right click on, open and, click continue. Click on box with + next to "Human Interface Devices" Do you see a warning, ?, !, yellow triangle? If so click on that and follow recommendations. Right click on your device. In the list, you should see "disable". If you see "enable" click on that, exit. Right click on it again and click on "properties". You should see "this device is working properly". Click on "driver" tab. Click on update driver. Click on "automatically search for...".

almost all mobile phone company issues their driver cd along with the phone.the cd might still be in the mobile pack.insert the cd and install the driver to solve ur problem.
if u dont have a driver cd,then all u need is an internet connection.
browse to any search engine(www.google.com ) and enter the keywords like this:"nokia 2700 driver download"
the search engine will show u download links for ur driver.
download it and install it.
