make sure the internet setting are correct, that they are set to automatically detect settings.
Internet explorer / tools / internet options / connections / at the botom, Lan settings, and tick automatically detect settings
Hi, did you provide the network key/password when you setup the wireless conection on your computer?
Is it detecting your wireless router (you should see your SSID or network name) when you click on your wireless icon (in the taskbar) and chose "show wireless connections".
If you can acess to your router via it's configuration page(type the router's default IP address in your browser) you can go check the settings and change the key/passphrase if you dont remember it.
If all of this is not working, you can also start from stratch. Reset the router to factory settings (check your manual) then reconfigure it the way you want, put the new infos in your wireless network connections properties and try again.
