Remote control not working

We purchased a Thunder Tumbler radio control 360 rally car - actually 4 of them. One of the remotes does not work. Turns on, but the controls do not work on the car.
Can we find the distributer and get a replacement? or are they available to purchase somewhere else?
They are made by Blue Hat Toy Company, Distributed by MerchSource, LLC., Foothill Ranch, CA
Cars are made in China ?? and these were being sold business to business in Oak View, California on November 19th. Gentlemen seemed responsible, but perhaps this is a case of "buyer beware"!
Would like to get a replacement or figure a way to make it work as the box shows.

    I bought my 3 year old daughter oine of the Thunder Tumbler remote control cars as my special Christmas present to her, and fresh out of the box had problems. One of the wheels will not repond to the remote control, and also when turning on the car and controller, the car begins going by itself even if you dont touch the remote control. So all it does is spin in a constant circle. The biggest problem is that i bought it over a month ago from a store going out of business, that will not take a return and will not exchange. They say all sales are final. I have had no luck in contacting the company. Please help.

    I have the same trouble with our remote, one of the control levers has a broken part inside the remote control. Would like to get a replacement if possible. How can I get ahold of the distributor that MEEHANW got through to?

    Same problem here - Bought a Thunder Tumbler from a company that is going out of business...so absolutely no luck from them. I read a link that someone had luck contacting the distributor (MerchSource LLC)? If so...what contact info did you use. Tx.

    Bought a Thunder Tumbler for my nephew and it worked for about a half hour. Couldn't return to K B Toys since they are going out of business and I can't find the email address for MerchSource.

    I called the 949-587-9207 number above and found via ownersearch.com and got someone who was not MerchSource. I then called the 1800 374 2744 above and got a very unhelpful person who said to go back to the retailer. He would not provide me any further information about them as the distributor and anywhere else to get support.

    Bought the Thunder Tumbler but remote does not work. I see now that many others have the same problem with no solution.

    same problem - 2nd attempt as first broke within minutes....and now 2nd broke same day as we opened it -
    do not buy this piece of junk.....

    cannot return as kb is out of business

    We purchased three cyclone radio controlled cars. Two worked, the third did not. We drove one hour to get a replacement car. It did not work. Now they say they have no more in stock. Do you know where we can locate one. It is a black Cyclone radio controlled car. Perhaps you can send one to us.

Actually reached the distributer with an e-mail and within 20 minutes got a reply and a replacement. the Blue Hat Toy Company are trademarks of Distributers MerchSource, in Foothill Ranch, CA.

Hi my son got a vegance remote terrien race car and it didn't have the battier with it .its not in the bor the car cam with and there are no books with it eather

Innovage and MerchSource are the same thing. I have put in a call to the Foothills location, and left a message. The person in common with both companies is Johann Clapp. I do not expect them to call back. A company that goes to so much trouble to stay off the radar does not intend to provide responsible customer service. Interesting note: the way I found out this information was from a Court document in which they were the defendants for ripping off a toy helicopter design and marketing it as their own.

If you contected them by me email could you share the email address/website that you used. Seems to me that people who say its that easy usually work for the company.

My 70+ yr old grandparents get my son one of these POS cars every xmas and they never work for more the 15 minutes....RIP OFF...Waste of their money.

Type the thunder tumbler in Fixya's search. This is two way radios. There are a LOT of posts on your RC trucks. If new, I suggest you return them.

Make sure your remote is not cracked in tha back because it will not work & make sure tha batteries are put in all tha way
