you will need to check if your printer has a duplex printing capability. No use trying to print double sided if it can only do single sided printing.

Try to retarget work of your printer under your type of the used paper. Such parameters as density of the paper can have important importance. Try to print one and that document on miscellaneous type papers

is the error is limited to one/some documents?
you can try to copy and parts iof it to another document untill you find what causing the error,

or try reinstall your printer drivers
