Vista cant see my Umax Astra 1220U scanner

Are there drivers somewhere to allow Vista to see my Umax Astra 1220U scanner or will I have to upgrade to a new scanner?

    Vista goes thru the motions of installing the drivers (which worked ok on XP) and then comes up with an error: "A service installation section in this INF is invalid". From their website, it appears that Umax is not up to date with Vista support, and the 1220U is obselete...

Try this as I have re-worked the original software. Works on my UMAX 1220U scanner although I haven't proved the drivers for the other scanners. Iain
