The phone Freeze problem. Your phone has gotten hard-locked; it will not accept any unlock codes. This problem can only be caused by improper unlocking. Basically this happens if you or someone else has already entered 5 wrong unlock codes on your phone.
You can get the unfreeze code, NCK code and SPCK code from third party. After unfreeze your phone, you have to enter the NCK code to unlock and use it with any gsm network in the world. i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website

It's Says Phone freeze means it locked to Network,you need to unfreeze it,Get the Unfreeze code at
Theunlockspot.com and Unfreeze it ....Check Unfreeze code for Your Network Lock,Country in the List...

Note :
Tocco is one model and F480 is One Model...they are not same...
