My samsung gt i5503 touchscreen not responsive,it was back to normal when i release the battery and put it back...But last time after i made a phone call it stop working at all..Please help me to solve this problem

hard rest without touching the screen
1. REMOVE BATTERY & PUT IT BACK
2. HOLD VOLUME UP BUTTON & MIDDLE BUTTON (HOME BUTTON)
3. WHILE HOLDING THIS TWO BUTTON PRESS POWER BUTTON AND REALEASE(PRESS POWER BUTTON ONLY ONCE)
4.IT WILL POP UP WITH HARD RESET MENU
5. SCROLL DOWN TO FACTORY RESET WITH VOLUME DOWN BUTTON THEN PRESS CENTER BUTTON OR HOME BUTTON
6. THEN PRESS VOLUME DOWN BUTTON TO SELECT YES FACTORY SETTINGS THEN PRESS CENTER BUTTON
7. SELECT REBOOT DEVICE AND PRESS CENTER BUTTON

i have a samsung and you can not do anything with it..you cannot add games, change the themes, nothing. .you need official programs. see if samsung has a dictionary program

Ifthe battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

sir please call to the bsnl simcard customer care and say the cellphone model number.and the phonenumber then they will send the gprs settings to your cellphone save the settings and switch off your cellphone and again switch on.then connect the data cable from phone to the computer for connecting the internet...........

My Samsung GT-E2120i phone won't work. When you turn it on all it does is display GT-E2120 SAMSUNG and then it just blinks - display/black screen/display/black screen etc. Then it won't turn off - the only way to stop it is to remove the battery.what do I do to solve this?

The lcd seems normal coz i already tested with samsung secret code for lcd test, the problem was only the touchscreen not working at all, i can't even slide to unlock the phone..
