This error is a network boot error.
The error message indicates that the client received at least one valid DHCP/BOOTP offer, but does not have a boot filename to download.
A fix to this problem is found on this WEB site.

Ethernet driver

All Panasonic Toughbook Drivers can be
found at the following Website:

http://pc-dl.panasonic.co.jp/itn/drivers/d_menu_en.html

Click on your particular model (ie. CF29),
choose the version (MK1, etc.), choose the
operating system (ie. Windows XP),
then choose the driver (ie. LAN Driver) and
click on "Download Now".

Voila! That is how you find the Ethernet driver
for the Panasonic Toughbook CF29.

Good Luck!

Can u plug in headphones in my toughbook cf 29

External Speaker or Headphone Jack on the Panasonic Toughbook CF29 is located on the back side or rear of the CF29. There is a cover in the rear that has to first be opened. There is a sliding latch which has to be slid and held in rder to open the back cover.

Once the cover is open, then with the CF29 facing away from you as shown in the photo, the headphone jack is located on the left hand side. That is it!

When turn on computer NO WINDOWS XP .On the screen was PXE-E53 : No boot file name received PXE-MOF: Existing Broadcom PXE ROM Operating System not found

That means your computer trying to boot from LAN port. Go bios and change the settings of PXE boot to disable and make Hard disk as first boot device. Save the settings and restart your pc. It will work
