How do i enter service mode for Kyocera FS-1016 Printer

The temperature won't rise by 1°C/33.8
°F during warming up and the heater is
turned on for 5 seconds.

cycle more than 60%.

Causes:
- Defective fuser thermistor.
- Broken thermal cutout or heater lamp.
- Defective engine/high voltage PWB.

Zero cross signal error
While fuser heater ON/OFF control is
performed, the zero-cross signal is not
input within 3 s.

Causes:
- Defective the power source PWB
- Defective the engine/high voltage PWB.

Disassemble and look the fan side of the fuser, there you will see that the wires pass through a **** that is more of a cover remove it and there's the can on that side is where will the current regulator and the high card that connects to the source card,
Well it happened to me this issue, I found the card and it was high toner developing unit that was discarding, in addition to the seal of the doctor blade was worn out, another issue I found was current leakage, what I did was make the can land top with more pressure to the high card, in addition to not fall toner worn by the seal tape to tape the holes in the chassis, after that I have not been flawed
