Mitsubishi daiya fdu requires filter cleaning

Is it possible to control the Mitsubishi Daiya Split Type Indoor Unit Model Number FDUM321HKXE2 as follows. We have an energy management system that controls the power supply to the room. This is done by using a door contact via a mini PLC to close and open the system The room is powerd up, all electrics and A/C as soon as the door is opened and closed after a 10 min. delay when the person leaves the room. I am trying the regulate the A/C not to power up on entrance. I need it to operate after close down only by requiring a manual operation of the wall control unit, i.e. it must be switched on manualy at each entry. Any advice ??? Regards Bill
