The markings you describe are not related to the webcam, they relate to the cord itself. AWM 2464 80 oC 300V means Appliance Wiring Material type 2464, temperature rating 80 degrees, voltage rating 300 volts.
You can use Windows to help identify your webcam so you can find the correct driver, to do this plug in your webcam and turn it on, then go to device manager, if Windows was unable to install a driver automaticaly you should see the webcam listed in device manager with a yellow icon by it and it may say unknown device or the webcam may be in a catagory called unknown devices, once you have located it in device manager double click on it to bring up its properties, click the details tab and use the drop down menu in details to select hardware id's. Copy the hardware id to google search and you should get results there to help you identify your webcam and locate the correct driver.
