The heating element or the thermal fuse in the fuser unit has failed. Try pressing clear,interupt, 0, interupt, 1,4, the blue copy button to reset it.

U2-40 is a board error, F1-15 is finisher lift motor error.
To reset: #, interrupt, clear, interrupt. (screen should say service mode), enter 16, print, are you sure? , yes.
For the finisher error, follow above procudure, entering 14 instead of 16. if error returns, disconnect the finisher
