Hi,

the error code means that the whole conductor isn't being connected. Please remove your ink cartridges and check if the build up still occurs. If so, then it might be time to service the printer. Thank you.

Printer will display "Waste Toner Tank Full/Not Installed" error message if the waste tank is full of toner or not installed.

• Open the waste tank door and check for the waste toner tank.
• If the tank is full or not intalled, install a new tank.

If you have user guide, it will show you how to install the waste toner tank.

Sometimes you will also get this error message if the Waste Toner sensor is covered with toner powders.

1. Remove your waste tank and look for the black plastic on the right side after removing the waste tank.
2. You sould find small openings on each side in the black casing.
3. Use Q-tips or thin cotton object to clean the inside the small opening.

This error indicates that the waste toner area of the drum unit is full. One way to resolve is to replace the drum unit, power the printer on, and the error will be cleared. Another, more economical way, is to manually remove drum unit, remove square end caps located on both ends, and vacuum out or carefully dump into a trash bag. Just be careful...dumping toner is messy.

Remove the full waste toner box per manual. Wear breathing protection as there will be toner dust in the air. Place flat in a work area and remove the 6 screws retaining the black box cover and carefully remove cover with box still flat on the work area. Be careful, the box is full of waste toner powder. Dispose of the waste toner by tipping into waste container, being careful not to inhale the powder. Use a blower or vacuum to remove final traces of waste toner from the box and clean all surfaces with a clean cloth. Place the box flat on bench to inspect the clear sight-glass at the front. Inside will be a black flag which should be down on the bottom of the sight glass. If not, there is still waste toner in the front of the box which needs to be shaken or blown out. Replace the cover and 6 screws and replace the waste toner box in the printer. If error message still says replace waste toner box, then you need to check the sight glass again. The flag must be horizontal at the bottom of the glass or it is not completely empty.

try unpluging it(the power and the usb), count to 15 and plug back in

remove the drum unit. on the part of the unit that goes first in machine is the is waste toner container. on each side of the container there is a screw, remove one screw and pull out the cover. slant the unit and the waste will come out

It,s an error occured when the waste toner is full in the waste toner tank.to remove the waste toner open the left side lower panel cover & remoove the waste toner catredge.
