SOURCE: I have the jet 3 power chair. It was turned on and will not turn off. Just makes a beeping noise. Any idea what this could be and how I fix it?

Try a few things. First, push the reset button located on the bottom of chair right next to the foot rest. If that doesnt work, take the back outer covering of the chair and disconenct the battery connector and wait a few minutes then reconnect it. Also check the 50 amp fuse located behing the foot rest, take the pin off the bottom of the foot rest and expose the batteris and you will see the fuse.

SOURCE: pride mobility Jet 3 Ultra Power Chair 7 flashing

a 7 Flashe code. There is a joystick fault. Make sure the joystick is in the center position and then power off and on again. Check all your couplings. make sure when turning on the unit you only mash the power button for 1 sec. 2-3 sec will put the unit in "Lock out mode".
This ierror will also be present if the joystick is off center when powered up. If you experience these symptoms, you must first make sure there is no physical damage to the joystick preventing it from returning to the center position. Then turn the power off and back on again (making sure the joystick is not depressed in any direction. If the joystick repeats this error, the controler much be replaced. [email protected]

SOURCE: The lights blink but it want move when you pwer

The chair is in lock mode. To unlock, turn on, when the lights start to scroll, push the joystick forward and keep it there until you hear the beep. When it beeps, pull it back and wait for the beep, once the beep sounds let go and listen, if you hear a high pitch beep, success. If it doesn't work the first time, just do it again. Sometimes it may not work right away but don't panic, just follow the steps again.

SOURCE: no power to motors joy stick does not woirk

Hi. If you count how many lights were flashing and let us know then I can look up that fault code and tell you what it is. Do you have the free-wheel levers in the correct place? Check the motor and battery connectors. How old is the machine, are the motors or brakes faulty. The machine will not operate if the charger is still connected. Good luck. Neil.

SOURCE: Pride Jet 2 power chair with with 3 red and 3

Hi. The fault code you have is called the "Inhibit active".
It can be caused by a blown charger fuse, which causes the charger inhibit to activate.
Also if the 3-pin charger inhibit connector is not plugged in properly, or the connector is faulty, then the charger inhibit feature will activate.
Hope this helps. Neil.
