HI, if it's the same model as I have: start with the frame facing you with the break on, you will see 2 long grey 'buttons' situated where the seat clips in to the frame. One of these buttons has arrows on it like this ^, this one you push in the direction of the arrows. The other you, simultaneously push in. You then push the whole frame down - this takes a bit of pressure. The whole thing should fold flat, you then secure it with the cable located near the wheel.
This sounds very complicated, it isn't once you've done it the first time - I hope it makes sense to you!

if you contact dorel they will fix this for 30 quid but u also have to pay the courier charges both ways so in total fifty - sixty quid i just called then yesteday about mine and all you need is a bit spare wire to connect it all back up if its still under warenty 2yrs and u still have reciept then its free hope this help von x

Hi you need to apply the brake 1st. then stand at the front, there is 2 grey buttons either side of the seat on the 2 round bits. 1 you push down the other you slide forwards, keep hold of them & pull it downwards towards your feet. This will then fold down.
