use a password with capitals and lower case
if not try numbers and letters
write that password down
have it away from the computer and never loose it

dont use that password twice on that computer
change it each month or at random
pay more for anti hacking and malware virus protection

First try changing your password with the "Forgot Password" Link on the Login Page.

Report Hackers to Facebook

According to the third article of the Safety section in Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, willfully compromising a user's account on the social networking constitutes a violation of Facebook's user agreement.

VERY IMPORTANT: Let Facebook know what happened as soon as possible.
If the account was hacked and the hacker is using the account to do some bad stuff, then they will supend your account and possibly delte it because they think that you are the one doing the bad stuff.

Sometimes when INTERNET HACKERS try to HACK an ACCOUNT, FACEBOOK LOCKS the randomly chosen ACCOUNT to protect it.
As a result, NOBODY can ACCESS the ACCOUNT. You will probably get an EMAIL, BUT IF YOU DON'T, you can complaint it DIRECTLY TO FACEBOOK. HOPE THIS HELPS.

Hi. Sounds like someone has hacked your account and are messing it up for you. The best thing to do is sign up for a new account again but use a stronger password. Good luck.
