Connect your iPad to your PC. Start iTunes. In the left column of iTunes on your PC you should see your iPad listsxed. Select your iPad. Look for photos in the bar at the top of the right column in iTunes on your PC.

Install iTunes and drag drop the images to the photos category on the left with the ipad connected. Hit sync. The photos will be sent to the ipad.
